Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment.
Any cancellations after that will result in a loss of your deposit, and you will be charged 25% of the appointment (due before you may reschedule).
No-shows will result in a losss of your deposit, and will be charged 50% off. the appointment (due before you may reschedule).
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
If you need to reschedule prior to the 48 hour mark, your deposit is transferrable to a new appointment one time. After that, a new deposit will be required. Deposits are not transferrable to another person.
