Studio Policies (All Services) Cancellations & Reschedules: Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of your deposit. No Call/No Shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. Deposits & Booking: Some services require a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your service total and reserve your spot. Late Arrivals: We have a 15 minute late policy. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please contact us ASAP. Age Requirements: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent makeup. Minors are not permitted under any circumstances. Liability: All services carries risks, including minor discomfort, irritation, or pigment changes. The studio is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or failure to follow pre or post care instructions. Right to Refuse Service: The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these policies. Additional Policies (PMU Only) Pre-Care: Please follow all pre-care instructions provided prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling to ensure the best results. Previous Permanent Makeup: Clients with PMU not performed by this studio must receive approval before booking. If you arrive with unapproved PMU, you may be asked to reschedule or may be charged 50% of your session if we are unable to work over the existing ink. Satisfaction & Touch-Ups: Your satisfaction is important! Most services require a follow-up session to perfect results.
